There are countless amazing restaurants in Boise Idaho and many of them change their menus with the growing season, in part to support the local growers and producers and to bring the freshest dishes to their diners! I've been photographing Richard's Restaurant and Bar, in downtown Boise, for a few years now, and one of my favorite things about them is their support of local.
